Give in Honor or Memory

Contributions may be designated in memory or honor of a special person or occasion.  In order to designate a gift in honor or memory of someone, simply complete the appropriate section of the donation form with your contribution.  We will notify the family of a memorial gift or an individual who has been honored that a contribution has been made, however the gift amount will not be disclosed.
